Employment terms

  • Choose from flexible work arrangements including full-time, contract and part-time positions to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

  • Most regular employees are contracted to work an eight-hour day with options for flextime and remote work, allowing for autonomy in how you manage your schedule.

  • Enjoy time off on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and a three-day summer break from July to September*, as well as six days off over the New Year holiday period. New hires receive 20 days of paid leave upon starting, ensuring you have time to relax and recharge.

    *Excluding new hires in July and August of the current year.

  • Our probationary period is two months, giving you time to settle in and showcase your skills.

  • TIER IV places a strong emphasis on performance. Currently, evaluations take into account action that leads to results, with a focus on contributions that align with company-wide goals rather than improvements at the individual or team level.

    Going forward, we are transitioning to a dual-track system that supports both professional and management career paths. In addition to performance, the new evaluation framework will recognize demonstrated capabilities – regardless of age or length of service.

Compensation

  • Monthly base salary:
    Includes life plan allowance. Fixed overtime allowance: Paid regardless of actual overtime worked.

    * Fixed overtime hours may vary depending on the contract. It generally covers up to 45 hours of overtime per month.

    * Additional pay is provided for any overtime beyond 45 hours.

  • Paid once a year. Based on company performance and individual evaluations.

    *Eligibility requirements apply.

  • Tax-qualified stock options are granted to full-time and contract employees who have completed their probationary period, upon approval by the board of directors.
