Employment terms

Choose from flexible work arrangements including full-time, contract and part-time positions to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

Most regular employees are contracted to work an eight-hour day with options for flextime and remote work, allowing for autonomy in how you manage your schedule.

Enjoy time off on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and a three-day summer break from July to September*, as well as six days off over the New Year holiday period. New hires receive 20 days of paid leave upon starting, ensuring you have time to relax and recharge.
*Excluding new hires in July and August of the current year.

Our probationary period is two months, giving you time to settle in and showcase your skills.

Student Researcher Program
TIER IV's Student Researcher Program provides financial support to master’s and doctoral students, allowing them to focus on innovative research. The program is designed for students who share our vision of advancing autonomous driving technology through open-source collaboration. Through the program, we aim to contribute to the development of intelligent vehicles, engaging students in research, immersing them in problem-solving, and enabling them to give something back to society through the results of their work.
